This landscape vision plan seamlessly blends a state-of-the-art school and community program with STEM focus, workshops, and dynamic event spaces. Our design, informed by the natural topography, natural context and existing drainage, integrates efficient agricultural systems, stormwater management, and native plants, fostering a sustainable ecosystem. Rooted in respect for Hawaiian culture, we incorporated traditional agriculture and cultural practices informed by community input- preserving the rich heritage of the land. The landscape offers ample outdoor spaces, extending the learning environment from indoors and promoting community connection. The architectural elements are envisioned to be modular block insertions within larger roof forms, providing flexibility for expansion and modulation. The end result creates a harmonious blend of education, nature, and culture for a thriving future.
